Here's a tiny Q&A since we seem to get a lot of the same questions via email. :3 I really hope this helps!
<b>Where do you get your fabric?</b>
Most of our fabric is imported directly from Japan via family/friends or ourselves. :3 We also love to shop at small local quilt shops and online of course!
Here are some tips and locations where you too can find wonderful fabrics. :)
1. Check out your local fabric/quilt shops.
For a list of local shops be sure to look up your city/town directory which most of the time can be found online. Google will become your best friend! :)
2. Look for larger wholesale locations.
For example: the Fabric District located in Los Angeles, California US or Fabric Town located in Nippori, Japan. If you aren't able to visit either simply look one up wherever you're living. Google: "wholesale fabric in *Your Town/City*".
3. Also make sure to check out your local major chain stores like Jo-Anns Fabrics, Wal-Mart, etc. and of course don't be afraid to check online. Google keywords: Wholesale fabric, Kawaii Fabric Shop, etc.

Where does this store ship from?
Cosmic Bows is located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley in the always sunny Southern California. ~ Where winter does not exist. :D
Our Main Policies:
<b>Payment</b>: Please do not offer to send cash or money orders, we only accept PayPal.
<b>Shipping Address</b>: We will ship only to the provided paypal address matching your account. For security/safety reasons we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses before requesting the account holders approval for shipment.
<b>Custom Orders</b>: Please feel free to contact us with your order or custom details and we will gladly get back to you as soon as possible. Also we ask that you please keep in mind that all prices may vary depending on the fabric used as well as various styles such as double bows will cost extra.
* PRE-ORDERS * - a simple 'How To Order' guide:
In the case that we are hosting a pre-order collection sale for fabrics that are not yet in stock please follow these simple instructions! :)
1. Add (only) pre-order items to your cart. * Do not mix them with any other (in stock) bows when placing a purchase of pre-ordered bows. This is very important! *
2. Pay for your pre-ordered items as usual.
3. Patiently wait for us to email you with updates, as our fabric arrives you will be notified. :) These notifications and 'Pre-Order Updates' will also be posted publicly on our Facebook to reduce the flow of emails.
We are very quick when it comes to construction time so pay attention to the dates that are listed as arrival dates for each fabric. Also please know that in the case that our pre-ordered fabric can not be filled or any personal problem or related issues arise we are always willing to refund your order in full, no questions asked. :)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the fact that each item is handmade to order, orders may be shipped 4-5 days after your order is placed, however most of our stock is ready to be shipped so in these cases they may be shipped immediately after your orders payment clears. :)
<b>Please keep in mind that this does not apply to International order which are shipped on Mondays, unless noted otherwise by us directly in an order confirmation email.</b>
Domestic orders may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and of course weather conditions.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. And as stated above this time frame can/may see delays due to weather, efficiency of postal offices and customs.
* Keep in mind that we can not control or guarantee any actual shipping times unless an upgrade service is purchased for an express guaranteed arrival date package. *
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
International orders are gladly accepted! :D
But before ordering please be aware that any registered tracking or similar insurance is only added at the request of the customer. With that said please know that it is NOT recommended by our shop and ultimately PayPal (nor will your purchase be eligible for full buyers coverage under the PayPal sellers protection) if no registered tracking service is purchased. Because of the high costs of shipping with tracking outside of the U.S. I have made a add-on registered service available for purchase as an individual listing. This is a service fee and does in no way mean a flat rate shipping fee, it is added to the pre-exsisting total cost of shipping.
Please note that all shipping add-ons mentioned above are non-refundable services!

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are FINAL. Due to sanitary guidelines within the nature of Cosmic Bows hair products we can not accept any returns for refund, therefor explaining that we are also unable to accept any kind of return for an exchange of item.
Re: Wholesale and Large Orders
Although we are very flattered to receive large orders and/or requests to purchase in wholesale quantities please be aware than we typically do not take large orders in the sense of purchasing our entire online stock of one individual item. Your order will be held and you will be offered a whole or partial refund.
We do this both to ensure all our customers have a fair chance to purchase them directly from us and at the very least our wish to prevent potential resale of our handmade items.
We may choose to negotiate a contracted consignment with an actual physical addressed shop/location (excluding online shops) however please be aware that we do not offer any kind of discount (for either our items and the cost of shipping) for this type of arrangement.
