• Where does this store ship from?

  Oakland, CA

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please notify us of any item you will like to return within 2 days of receiving it. Items must be in original packaging and unopened/unworn. All Shipping & Handling on returned/exchanged items will be paid by customer. Please include a tracking number with your return for your own record. After we receive the item, the customer will then have credit returned to their PayPal account. All Sale & Clearance items are FINAL.

  Yes

• When will my order be processed and shipped?

  Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receiving the invoice. Shipping is done Monday - Saturday.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  After your item is marked as shipped please allow 48 hours for tracking info to be emailed to you.
