• Where does this store ship from?

  Altadena, California.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, I must mention that the base international shipping rate (set by the United States Post Office) is $16.50 for a small package and then quickly rises to $60+ this is reflected in Notnu's international shipping prices. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Shipping is through USPS Media Mail. Your purchase will be shipped within 5 days after your payment has cleared. You will be notified of shipment via email. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

• Sizing of Vintage/Second Hand Items:

  <b>Shirts</b>: I give the labeled size but will size down if the shirt has visibly shrunk. <b>Dresses</b>: I give the labeled size. <b>Pants/Shorts</b>: I give the labeled size as well as the waist size and length of the item in inches. All pants and short length measurements are taken at the inseam (inside seam from the crotch to the end of the item) <b>Skirts</b>: I give the labeled size as well as the waist size and length in inches. All skirt length measurements are taken from the top of the skirt to end. <b>Vintage Items</b>: As sizing through the years has changed and some clothing pieces lose their labels through love, I will do my best to accurately represent the size of the item in today's sizes. <b>Please Note</b>: Women's clothing sizes are annoyingly variable so if you know your waist size (the width of your pants laying flat multiplied by 2) and desired length you will find the perfect size every time!

• Condition of Vintage/Second Hand Items:

  All items are sold as-is unless simple alterations can be made (like fixing small holes and re-hemming). Imperfections will be noted in the description and price.

• What about Special Orders?

  If you love a jewelry item but wish it was a different color or size please contact me about submitting a special order. Contact: notnu.shop@gmail.com with "Special order for [desired item]" in the subject line. Please be sure to include the item name and a detailed description of your desired design modifications. All special orders will be considered but it is at my discretion to fulfill these orders. If a special order cannot be filled, the reasons behind not filling the order will be expressly described. (ie. lack of supply, one of a kind piece, extenuating life circumstances)

• Do you charge tax?

  Yes, as Notnu is a federally recognized small business California sales tax will apply to all orders made in California.

• What if I am local can I come pick up an order?

  Yes you sure can! Notnu would love to meet it's customers face to face! Notnu's current location is: <b>Altadena, California</b> <b>How do I purchase locally?:</b> You will have to contact Notnu by clicking <a href="http://notnu.storenvy.com/contact">HERE</a>. You will need to specify everything you want to order along with some times you would be able to meet <big>within the next five days</big>. (If you order online you will be charged a shipping fee; Notnu cannot give a shipping refund if you purchase online but want to pick up locally.) <b>Can I try things on?:</b> When you come to pick up your order will not be able to try anything on unless you want to try things on over your clothing as we are not currently set up for a dressing room, you will of course be able to handle the clothing and hold it up to your body to get a good guesstimate. <b>How can I pay?:</b> You will be able to pay with cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) <b>Can I return an item I purchased locally?:</b> No, unfortunately at this time all sales are final (no returns/no refunds). You will already be saving $5+ in shipping!
