• If I am locally can I just pick up the item?

  Yes! Please email me at oliviasbabyboutique@gmail.com BEFORE you purchase an item, that way I can set it aside and we can exchange in person. Avoiding the shipping charges.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No Returns for personalized items. All other returns are on an individual basis. Please message me if you are not satisfied with your purchase! Please do so within 5 business days from delivery.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
