• Do you accept custom orders?

  Yes. Most items can be recreated in the metal of your choice, which includes: copper, brass, sterling silver filled, sterling silver, and gold filled. Item can also be ordered in your size. We also provide stone setting services. Please note that due to the nature of gemstones and handcrafting, the items may appear slightly different to the item shown.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Massachusetts

• Proper care of jewelry.

  Properly cared for jewelry made from precious metals will last for generations to come. Please keep delicate items in their own box, away from heavy pieces that could damage them. Use the correct cleaning products to care for each piece.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  * Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy. *If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the unworn item in it's original package. Please include a note as to the reason for the return. * All Refunds (shipping costs will not be refunded) will be give as Merchandise Credit and will be applied to your next Order. * All jewelry is 100% Guaranteed for a period of six (6) months against manufacture defect and will be repaired or replaced where necessary. *Warranty does not include Items that are damaged due to abuse or neglect (including tarnish or improper cleaning methods). Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need an extension with the refund policy, for example if the item is a gift. Extensions for refunds and exchanges must be requested at the time of ordering.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items are handcrafted, many at the time the order is placed. If all materials are in stock, the item will be shipped within 3 business days. It materials are not in stock, we will contact you with an approximate shipping time and keep you updated as to status. I apologize for any inconvience and your patience is greatly appreciated. Items will normally be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time for custom orders to be made, then an additional 2 to 5 days shipping via first class USPS within the continental United States. International shipping may take longer. (Expedited shipping is possible but can be very costly. If you require this, please contact me for details.) INSURANCE: Our shipping prices include insurance. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Buyer will be responsible for any taxes or duties within their country.
