What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We strongly believe customer satisfaction and In-case you are returning the product, kindly take a note that very minor differences in pattern, design, weaving, or minor color differences may occur as these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique. Therefore we would appreciate if you can consider such minor differences before returning any product. If you still want to return, in-spite of this, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details:
We follow "No Returns Policy" except:
1. Product was damaged or had severe defects
2. Wrong product shipped
Further conditions for return:
a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by us. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, re-sized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
c. To return an item, please email to ne.ethnic@gmail.com and you will get instructions for return from us.
d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
f. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Shipping Policy: Our products are shipped within maximum 4-5 days and for Jewellery 7-15 working days. For International shipments we follow Ramdhenu Shipping Policy.
