• Where does this store ship from?

• Will I be able to track down my package?

  Yes you will! We have delivery confirmation numbers for all orders that can be tracked down in the USPS website. This service is included with Free Shipping.

• Are all these items new?

  They sure are! We never sell used items! Some of our makeup items will have labels, stickers, scuff marks (the result of shelf pulls) but the product is intact 100%! The majority of my items will not come in its original packaging as I have to pack them carefully so that they don't arrive broken when shipped.

• Are the cosmetics really Brand Name?

  Yes they are, I provide stock pictures and actual ones of the product that I sell. I don't sell imitation! We keep our prices low because they are bought directly from the manufacturers and distributors!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Sorry, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
