What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of my products, I am unable to accept returns, issue refunds or credits. If upon receipt of your soap product you find it verifiably defective in manufacture, contact me immediately so I can issue return instructions. (I will pay shipping to have you send back any defective soap for our inspection/replacement.)
I stand behind my products 100% and YOUR total satisfaction is always my goal! However with products that touch the skin, or shipped products of indeterminate age, I am unable to "take them back" or re-stock if they have been used, or even if un-used, when I cannot verify the product's shelf-life or risk of contamination. If products are custom-made-to-order, I also cannot take them back. If your soap product is defective in some way due to rough handling in shipping, save all shipping materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue can be resolved with the carrier.
