Exchanges/returns only valid on defective or damaged items with proof of issue. Item must be shipped back at customer's expense before exchange/return/refund is issued.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We happily ship to any country within the USPS's capabilities. Please note that International (outside the United States of Amerca) shipments have a flat fee that is not calculated to the weight and dimensions of your package. In the event that shipping will cost more than what was paid on Storenvy, a separate Paypal invoice will be sent and must be taken care of before the order can ship.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause; but until a more intuitive International shipping calculator can be provided, this is the best we can do for International customers. If you have any concerns, or would like to arrange shipment in a different manner, then please do not hesitate to contact us. We're more than willing to work with you to get you your items.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
