• Where does this store ship from?

  This store ships from Maryland, USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There are no returns/exchanges unless customer receives the wrong item. In such cases, of course, the customer may exchange that item for the correct item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! *All shipping costs paid by customer. As of 2013, the cost of shipping outside of U.S. rose astronomically. The rates listed here are a reflection of that - sorry!*

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is the cost of shipping?

  In the past I had three separate shipping classes with slightly lower cost, but people continuously chose the incorrect shipping class at higher cost to me, even though all shipping is to be paid by the customer, so now there are only two rates - in the USA & outside of the USA. -Within USA = $7.00 (if all items fit in one flat-rate box) -Outside of USA = $22 ($2 less than USPS recommended rate)
