  I do not do refunds or exchanges due to the fact that all items are handmade and sales are final, but I would like to improve and fix problems, so please contact me with any problem you may have experienced. I want you to love your purchase! If you have an issue with your purchase, please send me a message and I will gladly work with you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Shipping

  Items are usually shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received. Take into consideration that all items are handmade and Custom orders take time to be made, and packaged. I am only one person and I'll do my best to ship out as fast as I can! I do take pride in my work and shop and only want to send you the best quality sculptures I can offer. *I SHIP ALL ITEMS USING USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING Shipping cost quote for all listings DO NOT include insurance cost nor tracking number. However, they are available with extra charges. If you ever need insurance, faster shipping, or a tracking number (delivery confirmation)... Please message me before you purchase. *The Shipping & Handling fee covers the cost of the shipping and transaction fees. If you do not request a tracking number, insurance, or delivery confirmation I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL! once an order leaves my possession and is submitted to the USPS, it is no longer my responsibility if the postal service misplaces a package.
