• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not offer refunds for custom orders or pre-order sales. Refunds/Exchanges on other merchandise (not custom/pre-order) will only be issued when product has been returned to me. I am not responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund will NOT include shipping costs paid by me to ship your items to you. By purchasing with me you agree to this.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to create. I will give you an approx. turn-around time at the time you place your order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. ALL packages will be shipping with a delivery confirmation number that will be provided to you via Paypal once the order has shipped.
