• Where does this store ship from?

  We have several warehouses around the US.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE A RMA NUMBER. A 50% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Since we deal with several sources, we will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s). If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. For orders shipped to the UK, the period allowed for returning an item is 3 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Unless specified with: "Returns: Due to the extremely low price of this product, we do not accept returns."

• Do you ship orders outside the US?

  Currently we only ship within the Continental US (48 States).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do accept orders place outside of the US, however, we can ONLY ship within the Continental US (48 States). We are currently working on expanding our shipping areas.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days after payment is received. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 business days to arrive.
