• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from sunny Miami, FL in the United States!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We will take returns and exchanges 14 days from the date you received the item (package will always have a tracking number) . Beyond that, please notify the shop if you have any problems. We'll take it on a case by case basis because we understand that not everything is black and white. You must notify the shop of the problem before shipping the return item back so that we can be on the look out for it. :)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
