• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unfortunately, due to the product type - there is no return/exchange policy available. If you are unhappy with your order, contact For the Love of ACE for more info/consultation on other options to use the product.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please understand that any location outside of the US may require additional charges due to shipping costs and other fees. However, product has been shipped to Canada and quoted for Japan previously - and both of those run around the same as shipping for the US. All others may vary!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once the order is received, as long as it is in stock and readily available, it will be mailed within 1 to 2 business days. From that point, shipping times vary depending on location but typically run between 3-5 days. *NOTE* If it is NOT in stock, there may be a slight delay in shipping time. As soon as the products arrive, they are mailed to you - the buyer. If you have a question about an order you have not received, please first check your email for a delivery confirmation number from usps.com and if you have not received that email, please contact me so that I can help you to find out where your order may be or if it is in transit prior to shipping to you.

• Is ACE safe to use with other medications/health issues?

  YES! Although you are urged to speak with your doctor before taking ANY new medication, there are typically no issues with ACE users who are on other medications and/or have health ailments. There is a label disclosing all of the ingredients available for you to print and take to your doctor to discuss it if you would need to do so.
