• Where does this store ship from?

  All packages will be shipped from Summerville, SC.

• How soon will items be shipped?

  All products will be shipped within 7 business days after confirmation of payment.

• What is this store's cancellation policy?

  You have two business days to cancel your order. After two business days, you responsible for payment.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return the item for refund of the items selling price, with in 12 business days after item has been shipped. We will not return funds for shipping. Please e-mail me before sending back the item explaining why you are not satisfied, you are responsible for all shipping. Refunds will be processed when I received the item in the mail. Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may exchange the item for another item, with in 12 business days after item has been shipped. We will not return funds for shipping. Please e-mail me before sending back the item explaining why you are not satisfied and what item you wish to exchange, you are responsible for all shipping costs. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages:

  We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mailing process. We package every item with extreme care to keep damages from happening, how the post office handles the package from there is out of our hands. We send every package with delivery confirmation/tracking number for your protection as well as ours. This shows that the package was shipped and when/where it was delivered. The tracking number will be provided within 24 hrs of being shipped. All packages will be sent to the address on file of Google Wallet or Paypal, unless we are notified prior to purchase. We will not issue any refunds for orders that are lost, damaged or stolen. By making a purchase you are agreeing to these terms.
