Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  All our merch is shipped from our hometown of Hyde Park, NY. Interesting note, Hyde Park is where President FDR lived and his home is now open to the public as a museum.

• I didn't receive my digital download yet?

  Have patience, the store's website doesn't actually have a method of download delivery so each download is sent manually by us. If we're asleep or not near a computer, it could take a little while before we can send it to you. Rest assured, the minute we can send it to you, we will :)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Currently we're still working on what the exact "policy" would be. Until then, just send us a message if you have any problem and we'll work with you to make things right!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are currently working out all the details of international shipping. Bear with us, we're a buncha musicians and this high-stakes world of international commerce is pretty new to us! We'll be sure to let you know the minute we get it sorted out.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We're a small store right now, so orders are processed and shipped weekly. This means that any order placed on or before 5 pm (EST) Friday will be processed over the weekend and shipped the following Monday. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
