• Where does this store ship from?

  This shoppe is based in Virginia, USA. All orders will be shipped from this location.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not accept exchanges or returns. If, on the rare case of a lost shipment due to post office mishandling, or due to bad provided shipping address, I cannot give reimbursements, since the mistake was not my own. However, for some reason you are sent the wrong product, either message me through my contact page, or shoot me an email at knpeck@gmail.com and we can settle the matter privately.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do!

• How often do you ship out orders?

  I ship out orders on Monday, Wednesday, and occasionally Friday. If you ordered just a day after my shipping day, the order will have to wait until the next shipping day.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Since I live State-side, domestic orders should take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive (after being shipped), depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. Sometimes by a stroke of bad luck, orders may become held back for custom checks or at local post offices, and general shipping issues that are beyond my control, in which case it may take up to 3 months for an item to arrive.

• What size are the buttons? Where do you get them made?

  They are 1.5" inches, and I make them at home from my own button press.

• Can I buy your products at conventions you attend?

  Of course!
