• Where does this store ship from?

  KawaiiSquishyShop1 ships packages from California. We are not responsible for any lost , damaged, or stolen packages. We have multiple shipping options available for the United States and International orders. USPS First Class mail packages are tracked through the entire delivery for U.S. orders, however for International purchases, they are only tracked until they leave the U.S. If you would like to ensure a safe and fast delivery please choose a higher shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or stolen package during delivery.First Class International mail does NOT guarantee shipment arrived to the destination for International packages.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are accepted within 1 week of the order date for U.S. purchases and 3 weeks for International purchases. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do. We will e-mail all international persons to notify of their purchase and their shipping. If you have NOT purchased, please e-mail us ASAP so that we have not already shipped your items. Then we can refund you. We do not want to keep losing money and products just because there are too many problems regarding unauthorized transactions. Thank you, hope you can understand.

• Is KawaiiSquishyShop reliable?

  Yes, we are legit sellers. We believe that honesty is the best policy and we ALWAYS ship your packages. We have had over 100 orders with no problems. We are very reliable, if you have a problem with anything, just e-mail us, and we will fix it! Thank you!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  U.S. orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date. Once shipped most U.S orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
