• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We will gladly arrange the exchange of damaged or defective goods, however, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN THE MAIL! In the rare event something goes missing we try our best to make everyone happy, but since we deal in limited editions we often can't send out a replacement order. Please send an email if you have any other issues.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. US and International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 weeks depending on customs delay and local delivery service.
