• Where does this store ship from?

  California

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If a product arrives broken amd cannot be repaired, I will replace it upon receiving a photograph of the broken item within two days of delivery.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently I do not accept international orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The time it takes to paint a custom order can fluctuate depending on the complexity of the design. I will give you an estimated time when an order is placed. Be sure to get your Christmas orders in early as it is a busy time of year. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Is The Glassware Washable?

  Absolutely! All painted glassware is dishwasher safe.

• What Is The Difference Between "Custom" and "Ready To Ship"?

  "Ready to Ship" items are pre-painted inventory and ready for a new home immediately. A custom order is a design of your choosing, whether it be an example design you have seen in the store or a pet portrait, and will take time to complete before shipment.

• Do You Paint Portraits Of People?

  Unfortunately, I haven't practiced human portraits enough to feel confident in accepting a human portrait order, especially given the type of paint I use on the glassware. This could change in the future.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  Currently, I am unable to accept custom orders as I work on inventory. This is only temporary.

• Can The Wood Items Be Placed Outside?

  I do not recommend placing the wood items outside. Sun and moisture can compromise the quality and is likely to warp the wood.
