• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you have any issues with your item, please contact us immediately. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Each issue is handled separately and options include replacement, store credit and refunds. annie@hellosunshinephoto.com

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do! And we really want to send our SUNSHINE your way! We have reduced international shipping costs to accommodate it too. We encourage you to shop and keep on SHINING! Please see shipping rates listed on item listing.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Some items are custom made and may take 2-4 weeks to receive. This allows us time to create you one of a kind piece. Cotton Prints are orders from our supplier directly in small batches. These may take 2-3 weeks to receive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes! Please contact us for special patterns, large quantities, specific colors and anything else! Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to be shipped. If you have a deadline, please let us know. We may be able to work around it!

• Who am I supporting with the purchase of a WISH bracelet?

  A large portion of each WISH bracelet purchase is donated to the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Hospital. It is located here in Phoenix, Arizona. The proceeds go to purchase many items that patients and residents need. You can view the full list here: http://www.phoenix.va.gov/giving/needs.asp The Carl T. Hayden Veterans Hospital holds a special place in my heart. They treated my father with the utmost respect and comforted him as much as they could with the little resources they had available. Donations are submitted to the hospital directly every quarter. If you would like to make a donation to the Carl T. • I love your photography! Can I book a session?

• I saw something I wanted last week.. Where did it go?

  Most of our products are one (or a few) of a kind. We try to use recycled and vintage materials whenever and wherever possible. Our supplies vary from week to week and so does our product. If you see something you like, grab it while it's hot. It may not be here tomorrow.
