What about metal allergies?
It is up to the buyer to alert me of any metal allergies they may have. If there is a listing on the store that I have, and you want, but are allergic to metal chains, I will switch yours to a suede cord free of cost.
The materials I use are usually Tibetan silver, or silver plated. My stick pins, used to create my own pendants are silver as well, probably silver plated as they are quite bendable.
If you do not alert me to any metal allergies, I am not responsible for any reactions you may have.

What if I want a custom order?
If you would like a custom order, please contact me at honeybugcreations@gmail.com and I will send you the custom order form to fill out and send back.
50% deposit MUST be paid BEFORE your custom order is started. I have stated all of the rules and regulations in the form I will be sending!
Also, if you change your mind about a custom order after I have started it, (I.E. cancelled the order,) you WILL be on the hook for any costs of supplies incurred from that order. As a customer, doesn't matter what you buy and where, you DO cover costs incurred for supplies to make that product.

Do you do donations to organizations?
I am willing to. Contact my email to talk to me directly about charitable donations.
-
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
3 days if unsatisfied, 7 days if damaged unless arrangements with me are made.
-
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, I accept all international orders.
-
How long will it take to receive my order?
It all depends on where you are, if you live in a rural area, if you are far from your main post hub, it could take longer. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks (please include business days, and exempt weekends and holidays,) please feel free to contact me, and we can work out a plan. I do not want anyone going away unhappy.
For custom orders, it can take anywhere from two weeks to a month to complete, depending on where I have to get supplies from. Please be patient, but if you have any questions about anything, please do not hesitate to send me a line and ask.

How do you judge your shipping costs?
I usually go by the cost of the stamp, if the order is small. For instance. I charge $2.50 for US shipping, and it recently cost me $2.49 to ship a small package to the USA. For $2.85, I can get $100 worth of insurance on your item, and I get a destination number.
Canada shipping is of course less expensive, and can usually just be shipped in mailbox.

What is your inspiration for your store name?
It's a combination of a couple things.
1. Bumble bees. A friend of mine, who passed away in November 2010, I got a bee tattooed on my wrist in her honour after she passed away. Every time I see or think of a bee, I think of her.
2. My love of lady bugs.
As for the honey, I just liked the sound of it.

What post do you deal with?
I send everything via Canada Post. After it leaves my hands, I have no control over it. Whatever your local postal service is called, that is who handles it after it leaves Canada.
-
What program do you edit your pictures with?
I take product pictures on my iPhone 4s, and use the Instagram program. The reason I use Instagram, is that certain filters bring out detail within the pendant and charms. They are in no way made to look professional. I even take the pictures on the back of my Kobo eReader. Cool, eh?

My item hasn't shown up, what do I do?
Contact me, and we will work something out.
Make sure while you are placing your order, that your address is correct. No slips of the finger allowed, because I ship to whatever address you give me. It is up to you, the customer, to give the correct address. If it was my postal's fault, I will do whatever I can to make you happy. But if it's customer error, like wrong address, I'm less inclined to fix it. Be sure to check your address before submitting.
