• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I accept returns. All descriptions are written to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes things don't look or fit the way you want. Please email me with the situation and if a return is in order, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping fees after the item is returned. Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receiving the item. I want your shopping experience to be a positive one. The item must be returned in original condition.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items will be shipped via Canada Post for all domestic and international orders. Upgrades: If you want to upgrade your shipping, please don't hesitate to email me! After receiving a payment: Your item will ship 1-3 days after payment if the item is already made. If the item needs to be made, an extra 2 business days will be added to the shipping time. Rough estimates for dates of arrivals from shipment date (not including dates of order fulfillment) and are not guaranteed (it may also take longer during the holiday season): Canada: 7-14 days USA: 14-21 days International: 21-30 days You will receive a shipment notification once your order is ready to ship. International customs: International buyers are responsible for customs/duty fees on all international orders.
