• About the Founder:

  Dena Dodd Perry, the inventor of the Pop.N.Go Water-Repellent Scarf, is a business executive and mother of three. Her extensive background in engineering, design and marketing makes her uniquely qualified in launching America’s first designer all-weather scarf. With the patent-pending scarf made of custom high performance fabric, her vision is now a reality for so many women who are active and on-the-go leading busy lives.

• Which side of the 2-layer all-weather scarf to use when it rains?

  To get the most out of your Pop.N.Go Scarf, you should use the dark pewter or pink side up when it rains. Each is water-repellent so keep popping with no worries.

• Where does this store ship from?

  This store ships from the Pop.N.Go warehouse located in East Dundee, Illinois.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  For health & safety reasons, all sales are final. There is a 20% restocking fee for exchanges. We do not accept damaged returns. Heat over 30C is not recommended. Lay flat after gentle machine wash with gentle cycle. Low iron is required. DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Polyester and nylon are exempt from flammability testing 16 CFR 1610.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All sales are final on expedited delivery or international delivery services. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
