• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  As long as the items are used, even if they are still in great conditions, the sales are final. Sorry about that!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most european orders take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Which kind of shipping method do you offer?

  I offer 2 kind of shipping method: 1) Priority Airmail: is fast, but doesn't come with tracking number, so if it get lost, i'm not responsible. Usually everything arrives without any problem, but sometimes it happen. This service is cheaper and faster than tracked shipping methods but is not 100% secure. 2) Registered Airmail: this service comes with a tracking number, is more expensive but you are 100% secure you'll get your order. If you choose priority airmail, i'm not responsible if it get lost. Please select registered airmail if you wanna be 100% sure to get your stuff. Thanks
