• What is your shipping policy?

  Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after purchase and payment was received. Orders typically ship on Mondays and Wednesdays! Purchased items will be shipped to address shown on the buyer's profile, unless notified otherwise. After items are shipped and delivered I am no longer responsible for them.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Requests for returns or exchanges are approved on a case-to-case basis, and only if something is wrong with the item other than what was stated in its description. Refunds are only given if the buyer and I have discussed it before the item is shipped out.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
