• How long will it take to receive my order?

  DOMESTIC Once your order is fulfilled it takes 1-3 BUSINESS days (M-F) depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. You will receive a USPS tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.Please allow for extra business days for your order to be fulfilled during postal holidays.

• How long does it usually take for the order to fulfilled?

  Your order can take 1-5 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days) to be fulfilled depending on the amount of orders received that week. We take great pride in sending quality items as well as its packaging. We appreciate your patience.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• What is the delivery time for orders outside of the US?

  CANADA & INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: This varies based on country and how long it takes to clear through your country's customs. PRIORITY: 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled. Please allow for extra business days for your order to be fulfilled during new releases and around postal holidays. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country's postal service. Shopglamprincess.com has no control over these additional fees.

• I am a Beauty/Fashion Blogger, does shopglamprincess.com provide any sponsorships?

  We don’t currently do any product sponsorship at the moment due to the amount of traffic and demand our products receive. However you are more than welcomed to leave us a message in regards.

• I purchased a makeup blenders but I don't know how to use it!!

  Our makeup blenders are designed to give you a flawless look! Once you receive it, wash your blender thoroughly before use. Makeup blender is best when used wet(damp) for liquids and dry for powders. To apply your foundation, use a press on motion to achieve a flawless finish.

• What can I use to clean my makeup blender?

  Baby shampoo and other makeup tools cleaning solutions are the best choice. Something gentle and low on suds will pro long the life of your blender. THESE MAKEUP BLENDERS DO STAIN SO WE RECOMMEND KEEPING A GOOD WASHING ROUTINE :)

• What do I do if the item(s) I want is sold out?
