• Where does this store ship from?

• Do you offer tracking and insurance on packages?

  We offer free delivery confirmation! For insurance please e-mail us for a quote. Orders over $100 (not including shipping fees) will get free insurance; paid by us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

• Why are some shipping fees expensive?

  Some items are fragile and required to be boxed with padding to prevent breaking in transit. If buying multiple items, there will be times I am able to fit everything in a flat rate box or envelope. I will then refund any excess shipping charges over $2. If otherwise you feel that the shipping is high, please message me with the items you are interested in, and I can give you a better quote and let you know if your order is eligible for the excess shipping refund.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not accept returns on any items. We accept exchanges on an item if you ordered the wrong color or size. Shipping must be paid by the buyer to send the item that is being exchanged to us and to ship the item to you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sorry, we don't accept orders place outside the US due to high shipping fees. If an international order is place we will refund the payment.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Additional Policies

  -Some colors may not be 100% accurate due to different monitor settings. - I do my best to find and describe any damages to pre-owned clothes, but there may be a chance that I miss something. Pre-owned clothes also have a chance of fitting slightly looser or a less vibrant color due to being worn. -Concerning pre-owned cosmetics, I always clean my brushes with a cleaner before usage. Most of my cosmetics are barely used and are always applied on "clean" skin. However, they are still used items and I am not responsible if you encounter any hygienic issues if you do decide to purchase them.
