• Do you accept custom orders?

  Yes we do! We love doing custom orders. Want to include a photo or special message on a puzzle message card? We can do that. Just contact us and let us know what you are thinking about and we would be happy to work with you.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Every precaution is taken to describe and accurately present these works. Please be aware that your computer monitor may reflect colors slightly differently. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us and send it back (return postage is your responsibility) within 7 working days of the original shipping date and we will refund your purchase price. We are sorry, but custom orders that are made to order upon special request from the buyer can not be returned or refunded.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
