• Where does this store ship from?

  Your order will ship from the palatial grounds of Simmerdown Manor, located in the heart of Bigfoot Country (Portland, Oregon, USA), just outside the borders of Skamania County (it's a real place folks!)

• Am I cool?

  Yes, you are!

• Do you sell digital downloads of your releases?

  Some of our releases have been released digitally. Look for select Simmerdown Productions releases on digital download outlets like iTunes, Amazon.com, eMusic.com, Spotify, and CD Baby.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns, no exchanges. Do your research before you order from us. If you'd like to hear music from one of our artists before you decide to order one of our releases - send us an e-mail and we'll send you a sample tune. Or, you can check out some of our free music samples on the Simmerdown Productions Facebook page.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Simmerdown Productions has, and always will, ship our music around the world. Our music has been shipped to cities, towns, and hamlets near and far. If you have a street address, we will ship there.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between two and six weeks.
