• Where does this store ship from?

  All of our products ship from our New Jersey warehouse.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unworn shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are received.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! But we can not ship to Africa or Italy.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  In stock items ship within 24 hours. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 days and 2 weeks.

• Where are your shoes made?

  All Andrew Lock shoes are made completely in England or Spain using traditional Goodyear welt construction techniques. This means that they can be resoled by any competent cobbler and are naturally water resistant.

• How can people join my mailing list?

  I would like to have a mailing list opt in option. How do I do that?
