• Where does this store ship from?

  This store ships from Los Angeles, CA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  KC KidsCorner will gladly refund your money if you return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid, excluding any promotional discounts, and shipping costs. You may also exchange your new, unused clothing in its original packaging and condition for the same item in a different size and/or color. In the event of special promotions or discounts, KC KidsCorner reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. 

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, due to the time and customs complexities involved, at this time we cannot accept orders placed outside of the US. We will keep you posted when we are ready to process International orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How much do you charge for shipping?

  Standard shipping for the first item is $4.50. Each additional item is $1.50.
