  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, of course! Please expect orders to take at least two weeks from the ship date to arrive.
  • When do you ship out orders?

    I will ship out orders once per week on Thursdays and/or Fridays. From time to time, shipping may be delayed until Monday or the following Friday. Please note that these may be delays are usually due to scheduling. Also if I have a convention that weekend, I will not be able to ship orders until the following week. Please review our shipping policies for more details.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most domestic orders within the US take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks. Please review our shipping policies for more details.
  • What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

    Once packages reach the post office, it is out of my hands. If packages get lost or damaged, I cannot be held accountable. All packages that are sent within the US will have an option to add a tracking number. That number will be emailed to you once I have shipped your items. Due to recent changes in our postal system, select countries outside of the US will be able to track their package's journey as well at no additional cost!   • It's been __ weeks since I have ordered my item! Where are they?

    Please make sure whatever item you ordered is not on pre-order. Pre-orders may not be ready to ship for a month or longer. Please double check when the estimated time of arrival is. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause! Other reasons may be difficulties on on my end filling orders. When this happens, I usually ship a week later. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  • How will my items be packaged and sent?

    All items will be packed accordingly to minimize damage through the post as much as possible. Details of how each type of item is packaged can be found here.
  • How do pre-order items work?

    Pre-order items can take up to a month or more for production. Please check out each individual item for the estimated time they will ship. There are times when delays in production may occur so please be aware of that as well. Please check out the full details on pre-order items here.
  • Can I get colored bells for my charms?

    Yes! Please state what colored bells you would like in the notes section during checkout. Available bell colors are: red, fuschia, pink, green, light blue, blue, purple, gold and silver. All bells are 8mm.
