    Hey guys!

    Regarding the VIP activation process--we cross-reference your Grooveshark account using the email address you supply. In the rare cases where the email used is not the same for both sites, we'll personally contact you.

    We've been a bit backed up activating VIPs the past few days due to high order volumes, but we hope to be all caught up by the end of today! So if you ordered recently and haven't received your VIP subscription, please bear with us. We're hard at work on it!

    Is it possible to know when you will be getting a new shipment of shirts back in? The Grooveshark store is almost sold out.

    Unrelated statement: Look at DukeRusty's comment He seems very keen on buying a shit, I am not sure if Grooveshark sell them in the store.

    Thank God, I finally found a web site that plays music of my choice unlike some other web sites that plays 30 sec sound bites.And your music library is quite extensive, i haven't tried your movie sound track selections, iam sure i won't be disappointed. take your time with the shirt, no biggie i am interested in getting my VIP credentials,any thanks for allowing me to join GrooveShark (cool name) ronfirefox FRI 9:27pm PST

    We really enjoy Grooveshark here! I ordered a shirt since we wanted to upgrade but I really would prefer MEDIUM or LARGE and not X-SMALL, the only choice I had, but I know lots of little people, so no worries! Turn up the music!

    My shirt came a week ago, and I'm still waiting for my VIP activation. The deal was supposed to be that an e-mail confirmation of the shirt order would contain the code for the VIP. I'm starting to feel like I've been suckered here... Can anyone help?

    Can I buy another shirt, so that I can give a VIP subscription to someone else? Will this count as grandfathering in to $3/mo? What's the best way to do this?

    Hello, I ordered several days ago and have not gotten my 1 year GSA code yet. I have emailed three times and left a message after calling Grooveshark.

    Please do let me know what's going on. This is the fourth time I've tried to contact you. It's getting irritating. If I have to again I'll have to do it through Paypal via the complaint department.

    just log in/create a username with your email you used to order the shirt. it should grant you access, no codes needed.
