We do not currently accept refunds. However, if you have a concern about your product, please contact us at email@example.com
All sales are final. Exchanges are only granted if the product has been damaged in the process of being shipped to your location.
In regards to exchanges, the item must be received 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package. For U.S. orders, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. We will refund your shipping fee when we process your return package.
All items must be returned to us in their original and unused conditions. We inspect all exchanges and will exercise the right to deny or refuse a full exchange based on the returned item's condition.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We currently only ship to the US. But feel free to contact us if you would like something shipped internationally :)
How long will it take to receive my order?
We currently only accept orders within the U.S. Domestic. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days to arrive.
