What if the item I like is sold out?
Items that were special requests or one off designs will remain on the site as sold out.
You may request one as a custom listing by contacting me at email@example.com.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied email me immediately and I will work with you on a return or exchange to fit your needs.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once payment clears work will begin on your order. It will ship within 7-10 business days.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Do you accept custom requests?
YES! Just shoot me an email and we can discuss making a piece just right for you!

What about sold out settings?
If you wish to custom order a product and the setting is sold out in the finish you want, please contact me and I will work on getting a listing up for you as soon as possible.
