• Where does this store ship from?

• What if the item I like is sold out?

  Items that were special requests or one off designs will remain on the site as sold out. You may request one as a custom listing by contacting me at sploopsinspired@gmail.com.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If for any reason you are not satisfied email me immediately and I will work with you on a return or exchange to fit your needs.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once payment clears work will begin on your order. It will ship within 7-10 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept custom requests?

  YES! Just shoot me an email and we can discuss making a piece just right for you! You may visit the tumblr page for examples of previous work, test pieces, as well as links to a spread sheet of the polishes and settings available to choose from.

• What about sold out settings?

  If you wish to custom order a product and the setting is sold out in the finish you want, please contact me and I will work on getting a listing up for you as soon as possible.
