• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Ontario, Canada.

• Is this all for charity?

  Yes. 100% aka ALL proceeds will be donated directly to NKLA organization. We will be providing proofs of receipts to our site.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We accept orders anywhere worldwide.

• How do I pay? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. If you live in Toronto and want to meet up to pick your order, please contact us! This would be helpful as we can donate the shipping cost that's included to NKLA as well.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There is no returns available once the merchandise is shipped out. The merchandise can only be exchanged if there is something wrong with it once received. Customer pays for all return shipping cost. Please contact us if you have any problems. Your satisfaction is our top priority; we will make it right!
