• Where does this store ship from?

  Kansas or Indiana!

• Do you take special orders?

  It doesn't hurt to email and ask! We must work around the schedules of our families but if we can squeeze it in, we would love to create what you are looking for! We'll email you back and let you know if it is possible or not!

• Why don't you charge for shipping in the U.S.?

  One of our pet peeves is shopping online and thinking we got a great deal...until we check out and realize that the shipping has ruined any savings we thought we had! We didn't want our customers to feel jipped. (Of course, we still have to charge for sales tax if you live in Kansas, but alas, there is nothing we can do about that!)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us via email and we will do our best to make things right!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but shipping is extra!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
