• Where does this store ship from?

  We have several warehouse, mostly it came from United States, Hong Kong and Indonesia

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  RETURN PACKAGE - Not the item you order, contact us, and return the package, we’ll reship or refund your money in full - We receive return if the problem on : 1. wrong size, different size with the one you order 2. wrong color, different with the color you order 3. wrong print, different print with the one you order - We don't receive return if the problem on : 1. wrong size placement, we already provide the size chart, and all size is final 2. wrong color placement, all color you provide to us is final, and can't be replace 3. wrong detail in shipping data, like name, address, etc 4. item that order more than 1 month, with any reason, like out of town, received by neighbor, etc If your problem non of above, please contact us for further information - Please provide us with the picture of the t-shirt - If all the picture clear, we process your reship package or refund in 1-2 working days

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For US : we need 7-21 working days until it arrive Europe : we need 14-30 working days until it arrive Asia : we need 14-30 working days until it arrive Worldwide : we need 14-30 working days until it arrive

• Am I still have to pay for customs fee and taxes ?

  Yes, all fees and charges is buyer responsibilities, every country have different customs fee and taxes

• Can i get rush shipping ?

  No, we using standard air mail, for us or international shipping, please consider this before you make a purchase

• It's more than 30 working days, why i still haven't receive my package ?

  There's several cause for delay, your country shipping policy and customs is most of many reasons Please contact us, if your package still not arrive in 30 working days

• Can i have combine shipping for more than one purchase ?

  No, we don't have combine shipping, we give discounts for more than one t-shirt with the same design

• What payment method, other than Paypal ?

• Can i use different currency, beside US dollar ?
