• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship all items from Perth, Western Australia.

• How do I tell you which item I want?

  Send us an email at peppermintcarousel@gmail.com to let us know which item you would like to purchase. Individual photographs of the items will be uploaded in the near future to help avoid confusion!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unfortunately we are only able to offer returns and exchanges if the buyer can ship the item back to us at their own expense.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We certainly do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
