• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  In the event that you accidentally purchase the wrong item and would like to exchange to other product, we are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. You only need to pay any additional costs (if Applicable) for the new product and the costs of returning and re-sending of the replacement item. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return the product to us and we will process full refund of the item price excludes 28%. (28% for original shipping and handling fees). Please note that the shipping & handlings fees cannot be refunded. We will process the refund via Paypal. We accept Return / Exchange within 14 days of receipt and in New/Unused/Original Conditions.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
