• Where does this store ship from?

  California, USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  At the moment I don't offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• What shipping service do you use?

  Smaller items are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Larger items, or combined orders over a certain size and weight are shipped USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped USPS First Class.

• How do you package the items?

  Headbows and other delicate items are always shipped in a box. "Soft" items such as aprons and small items like usamimi and jewelry are usually shipped in a large envelope.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items are generally shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times typically take between 1-3 weeks, but can take longer during busy periods such as winter holidays.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Custom orders/commissions are temporarily closed until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.
