• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  KTB will allow a refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Once KTB has received the returned item. A refund of the purchase and shipping fee will be returned to the customer through PayPal.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  KTB does ship items internationally. However, shipping fees are subject to change due to the shipping rates out of the U.S.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
