  • Will I receive a tracking number?

    Yes, usually we email the tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. Depending on your location, it may come via Fedex or USPS.

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Embellish tries its best to demonstrate flexibility with all of its customers in all of its transactions. At the end of the day, we realize that you, our customer, had other choices before selecting us, and we want you to be proud of that choice. We will do whatever it takes to deliver world class service before and after every transaction. We will work with you to ensure you get what you want, when you want it. Besides, our only concern is that our customers are satisfied. If you would like to receive a full refund, we ask that you kindly return the item to us in its original form within 30 days, and we will credit the entire sale.
  • Can I put an item on hold if I cant make up my mind right now?

    We understand the difficulty of making decisions. That's why our team at Embellish has made life easier. If you are unsure if you would like a certain item or not, email us and let us know the quantity of the item you are interested in and we will place it on hold for you. Note: Maximum hold period is 14 business days.
  • Can I cancel my order If I change my mind?

    Of course! Usually after payment has been cleared, items are generally packed within 24-48 hours. If you contact us before we ship your item out, we will gladly cancel it without any penalty.
  • What if anything else is wrong with my order?

    Even though we do our best to make sure all our items are packed in the safest way possible, there may still be a slight possibility an item can arrive damaged due to rough handling by the carrier. In this instance, we ask that you please send us a picture of the package with the broken item next to it and email it to us. We will send a replacement ASAP and notify you if the item needs to be returned.
  • Can I place a custom bulk order?

    Absolutely! Please contact us and let us know the quantity and the item which you would like. Please include your address and zipcode for a shipping estimate. We will do our best to get a quote for you within 24-48 hours.
  • Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

    Sure. Just let us know where you would like your item shipped and if you would like us to insert a special message with your order.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
