• Where does this store ship from?

  Your order ships from Canyon Country, California. I ship orders on every Monday and Thursday. If you order on a Monday or a Thursday you must wait for the next shipping period, because everything is handmade at the time of the order.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course we do.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once I receive an order I ask for a 72 hour TAT time. If you order the palettes that has about a week TAT. You will be updated with your order and conformation codes once your order is finished. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why does shipping cost $2.70?

  For all orders that are shipped in the USA will have this price range. Each order comes with conformation codes so that you are able to track your order and I know when you received your order.

• How big are you samples for the clam shells and the baggies.

  The sample sizes are about 1 gram of product in either the clam shell and baggie. This is enough product for swatching and for a few uses. I offer the clam shells and baggies because each customer has different needs when it comes to samples.

• I don't see a color of eye shadow or blush that I want. Can you make a custom color for me?

• Are you the owner of the former store Candy's Sweet Treats?

  Yes I am the former owner of Candy's Sweet Treats. I still use the same formula in my eye shadows even though I have a different store name, I still have the same passion for this business.
