• Where does this store ship from?

  Our products ship from our office located in Toronto, Canada.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course we do, and we'll ship where ever you tell us to! After all, they are your products.

• How do I use this stuff?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted. We spend hours upon hours formulating and creating our products so that our customers can be happy with what they buy. We love our stuff so much, we all use it ourselves.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
