Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship internationally.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Goods are non-exchangeable or refundable. However, we will check the condition of the item before sending it out.

Do you accept payment by Internet Banking or ATM transfers?
Yes. For Singapore customers who do not have a PayPal account or prefer payment by Internet Banking, you may wish to email us with the list of items and we will send you an invoice with the payments details.

Do you accept payment by Western Union or Money Order?
Right now, we do not accept payment by Western Union or Money Order.
International buyers are encouraged to make payment via PayPal.

All the prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

How do I get the discount codes?
Our discount codes are given on promotion based and it will only be release on our Facebook fan page.
Customers who have joined our mailing list will be receiving the discount codes via email updates as well.

What are the rates for shipping within Singapore?
You may wish to send us an email with the list of interested items to sales.rilakkuma@gmail.com and we will invoice according to the weight of the items.

How long will it take to receive my order?
This is dependent on Singpost's delivery period.
For Singapore buyers, shipping will usually take 3-5 working days after we have post the items.
For International buyers, shipping will take around 7-14 working days after we have post the items.
Our posting day is every Saturday, however if a public holiday falls on a Saturday, we will post on the following Monday/Tuesday.

Do you do meet ups in Singapore?
Yes, but due to our busy schedule this option is only made available for customers who purchased L, LL or XL Rilakkuma Plush. For other items, we will be using registered mailing only.

Do you allow customers to make reservation of items?
Yes, but we will only be reserving the items for 48 hours. Payment must be made by then.
If no payment is made, the items will be released for the next interested buyer.

How do I reserve the items?
Simply send us an email to sales.rilakkuma@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

Can I request for items that are not found in Rilakkuma Shop?
Yes, you may but we do not guarantee that we are able to source for the items. However, we will try our best to bring in the requested items.
