• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If ever the product you receive is not the one you ordered, you can return and ship the product received back to us, then we will ship you the right product. And, if ever the product you receive is damaged, we can only exchange it with another stock but with the same specification.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
