• Where does this store ship from?

• What if I don't like the style?

  We can not be responsible for you do not like the style you ordered. Please be sure REALLY WANT THE SHOE YOU PICK. It's not like your at your local Mall Shopping. Shipping back and forth to China is costly. You are responsible for shipping back your shoes.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All our shoes are Custom made to order. Please be sure to order your correct size. We can NOT be held responsible because you ordered The Wrong Size or Do Not like the style. Returns are accepted ONLY IF WE SENT YOU THE WRONG SHOES Shoes are in Perfect Condition with All The Original Packaging. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus you are responsible for shipping back to us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Do you have half sizes?

  No sorry we do not have half sizes at this time.

• Do the shoes run True To Size?

  Yes they do. If your not sure and want to send us your foot measurements Please do so. From tip of your big toe to back of your heel - then - from inside the ball of your foot accross to outer side of your foot.

• I getting married can I get shoes for all my bridesmaids?

  Yes we can supply as many as you need. If there is a special shoe you are looking for, email it to us and chances are we have it or we can make it.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 10 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can you RUSH my order?

  No sorry we can not do Rush orders.
